Our Team

Kris’ early experience revolved around the design and documentation of mining and heavy industrial projects, both in Australia and abroad. Since that time Kris has expanded his design experience to include commercial and residential projects covering the full project lifecycle from concept, to detailed design and supervision throughout the construction phase. Kris also has extensive experience in structural assessments of existing buildings.

Since commencing work with Cook and Roe in 2011 Ross has developed a strong base of knowledge in the design of concrete, timber and steel structures working on a diverse range of projects. Exposure to complex structural design tasks early on in his career has allowed Ross to develop innovative structural solutions within the built environment.

Matthew’s work ethic and enthusiasm has seen his skills and confidence grow since he commenced work at Cook and Roe in 2019. Matthew’s experience in site inspections, reports and design and documentation for the residential, industrial and mining sectors has made him a valuable asset to the Cook and Roe team.

Jason is our Senior Draftsperson who after completing his apprenticeship, started working with Cook and Roe in 2012. Jason has built an excellent reputation for his knowledge and expertise in drafting. Jason specialises in drafting for large scale projects, including commercial, industrial, and high-end residential. In addition to this Jason also manages the Cook and Roe drafting team and all residential projects. Jason has an eye for detail and prides himself on meeting the needs of clients with drawings that are easy to build while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Bryan has been with Cook and Roe since 2019 and after completing his Drafting apprenticeship has continued to be a valued member of the Cook and Roe drafting team. Bryan has particular interest in the commercial and industrial sectors and prides himself on collaborating with our engineers to create efficient designs for our clients.

Katie joined the Cook and Roe team in 2013. During the 9 years she has been with Cook and Roe, Katie has developed and refined her administration skills by immersing herself in the role. Katie has strong customer relations skills and utilises this daily in her role. While Katie is employed in an Administration position, she is also a qualified Structural Draftsperson. This has been a great asset as she can step in and help the drafting team when the need arises.

Working as part of a high functioning team and ensuring the needs of clients and staff are met is a rewarding aspect of the job for Rhiannon at Cook and Roe.  During her time at Cook and Roe, Rhiannon has gained a range of experience in her role as administrator, from data entry and maintenance of financial documentation to customer service and internal support.

Anna joined the Cook and Roe team in 2021 bringing with her 7 years experience as a structural draftsperson. She is able to cater for the individual needs of each builder, and has a keen eye for detail particularly with architecturally designed residential builds.
